Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day (business days only).

We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier — reliable nationwide coverage. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Books are wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in rigid mailers or boxes — no bent corners, no moisture damage.

Within Karachi — Rs. 350, and free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more.

All other cities — Rs. 500. Free delivery is not available outside Karachi at present.

Delivery is charged once per order, even when your books ship from more than one of our suppliers.

Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi at no extra charge.

WhatsApp us at 0313-2770017 within 48 hours with a photo and your order code (e.g. BM-0042). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We accept returns on undamaged books within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was sent in error.

Because orders are Cash on Delivery, there is no card payment to reverse — we send your money back directly by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of the returned book reaching us, once we have checked its condition. We will ask for your account or wallet details when the return is approved.
