Delivery Timelines
Karachi: 1–2 business days
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
Other major cities: 3–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day (business days only).
Courier Partners
We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier — reliable nationwide coverage. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
Books are wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed in rigid mailers or boxes — no bent corners, no moisture damage.
Delivery Charges
Orders above Rs. 5,000 — Free delivery
Orders below Rs. 5,000 — Rs. 250 flat fee
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide at no extra charge.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
WhatsApp us at 0313-2770017 within 48 hours with a photo and your order code (e.g. BM-0042). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns
We accept returns on undamaged books within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was sent in error.
